SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain features of RoboDialog are accessible through membership plans ("Memberships"). Users are invoiced in advance on a recurring basis according to their selected "Payment Plan," which may be monthly or annually, depending on the chosen membership tier.

At the end of each Payment Plan period, users" Memberships will automatically extend under the same conditions, unless terminated by the user or RoboDialog. Users can oversee Membership extensions through their online account management page or by reaching out to RoboDialog"s customer support team.

To facilitate Membership payments, users must provide precise and thorough billing details, including full name, country, email, phone number, and valid payment method particulars. By providing payment information, users grant RoboDialog authorization to charge all Membership fees accrued through their account to the provided payment method.

We do not have a refund / return policy; once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded. However, we offer a free version that allows you to test and fully experience our platform, with lower limits. This enables you to ensure RoboDialog meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.

If you are canceling your Membership, you will not be refunded the amount paid as we dont have a refund policy. We dont have a refund policy, so please read our terms and conditions before subscribing to a bigger plan.

Free Trial Forever

RoboDialog may, at its sole discretion, provide a Subscription with a free trial forever.

This free trial is completely free, and no payment method is necessary for its activation.

RoboDialog reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to (i) amend the terms and conditions of the Complimentary Trial offer, or (ii) terminate such Free Trial offer.

Content Ownership

• Your data remains exclusively yours, and we will not assert any ownership rights over it or engage in its sale to other entities.
• We commit that neither your content, data sources nor any interactions with our chatbots will be utilized by OpenAI for their AI language models, in accordance with their data privacy policies. Our products, like RoboDialog, will not access or utilize your data.
• You acknowledge your sole responsibility for Your Content. By sharing it, you affirm that you possess all requisite rights and are not infringing upon any third party"s rights.
• Our AI leverages the data sources you provide to furnish accurate responses to user queries. Your data remains inaccessible to other chatbots or clients. OpenAI will not employ any of your inputs or outputs for language model training.
• By using our platform, you grant us the privilege to publicly showcase your chatbot, be it through website embedding or sharing, adhering to your specified privacy settings.
• We maintain copyright over the aesthetic and functional aspects of our service. While you retain the ability to extract your content, copying any elements of our service"s HTML, CSS, JS, or code is prohibited.
• Should you provide a testimonial or review about RoboDialog, whether directly or indirectly, you authorize us to utilize it for marketing purposes, including display on our website.
• Any documents you upload as data sources will be permanently purged from our servers upon processing. In the event of non-processing, such as due to an error, documents are automatically deleted within seven days of upload.

Affiliates Program

• Participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Affiliates will receive 15% or 10% commission on the subscription fees generated by referred users.
• Commissions will be calculated based on the net subscription fees received by the company.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their referral links are properly formatted to track referrals.
• The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
• Affiliates may not engage in any deceptive or unethical marketing practices.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Failure to adhere to these requirements is considered a violation of the Terms and may lead to the immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you use to access the Service and for all activities that occur under your password, whether it is with our Service or a third-party service.

It is prohibited to select a username that is the name of another person or entity, or one that is not legally available for use, a name or trademark that infringes on the rights of another person or entity other than yourself without proper authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

Termination of Service

It is your responsibility to properly terminate your account. Requests to terminate your account via email or phone will not be recognized. You may terminate your account at any time by selecting the “Remove account” button located on account settings page.

Should you choose to terminate your service prior to the conclusion of your current billing cycle, your subscription will continue to be active until the cycle ends. After this period, your subscription will be terminated automatically, and you will not incur further charges unless you choose to renew your subscription.

In instances where RoboDialog must suspend or terminate an account, we will endeavor to provide the account owner with their content, provided the request is reasonable and the account was not suspended or terminated for illegal activities.

Service Modifications and Pricing Adjustments

• RoboDialog may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, either in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.
• The pricing for the services, which may include various subscription fees on a monthly or annual basis, can change at any point and applies to new, free, or trial users.
• RoboDialog will not be responsible for any effects that changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the service may have on you or any third party.
